GLIMPSE OF CASES FOUGHT AND WON AS A DEFENCE COUNSEL

1. Dumbbell case u/s.326 where the accused had allegedly hammered his paramour with a large sized dumbbell which caused multiple fracture wounds on the right cheek. The case went on approximately for three years of trial and resulted in acquittal.
2. Ammonium Hydroxide case - Unfortunately, ammonium hydroxide came to be administered to the victim allegedly voluntarily. It also caused Burning in the oesophagus causing damage to the stomach. The case was fought on merits for a period of five years extensive trial.
3. He has also won several cases under Indian Penal Code and has also successfully dealt with Domestic Violence Cases, Atrocity Cases, MPIDA Cases.
4. He also does all work related to documentation under Indian and foreign Law with complete proficiency.

PROTECTION OF WOMEN FROM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT, 2005

With enactment of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, extensive practice began for representing either side. Since its incorporation in Court it was extremely nourishing to give results to applicants, disputes were settled by ADR (Alternate Dispute Resolution) through Civil Law at the earliest level. The principle lies to be followed to give best relief to applicant women in distress which goes with our culture and mythology “यत्र नार्यस्तु पूज्यन्ते, रमन्ते तत्र देवता:” which means home is the adobe of god where the woman is worshipped.
He was applauded for his work and has finely worked as a Mediator at Borivali M.M. Court which is his Mother Court. He has also written, directed and produced Mediation plays for the courts which were “कोर्टाची पायरी” on 30th January 2016, where 20 years long legal battle which was played at MM Court and Court of Sessions, Mumbai before the principle sessions judge, Greater Mumbai. In the same period 2 more plays were also enacted based on Mediation.

He is very much thankful to all the juniors who have worked beautifully with him for accomplishing the goal.
